Issue Position: Fight for the Unborn and Protect Traditional Marriage

Issue Position

I believe that each life is created by God and therefore has intrinsic value. As your State Representative, I authored legislation stating that life begins at conception and I believe that it should not be discarded for medical or scientific use at any time. I also offered several amendments to keep taxpayer money from going to abortion clinics such as Planned Parenthood. I have been endorsed by Texas Right to Life as well as Texas Alliance for Life because of my pro-life work during session.

I believe that marriage is a holy covenant made between a man and a woman, and I will continue to support legislation that protects both of these ideals.
